Pennsylvanian hard rockers Halestorm have released epic footage from a show they played over the summer at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut. The video was captured with multiple virtual reality cameras for an impressive 3D, 360-degree experience and focuses on singer Lzzy Hale's enormous vocal performance and impeccable double-neck guitar work, but pans frequently to the other band members for a close-up and detailed look at the show complete with shots of the huge audience enraptured with the performance. This concert was filmed for The VR Sessions by a production team consisting of director Craig Ziogas, producer Mike Mushok (of Staind, Saint Asonia) and Charlie Callahan.

Halestorm are currently on road in Europe supporting their new LP Vicious, which, Hale said in a July interview with Revolver, saw the band re-finding its "mojo" again: "This album is about ownership of everything that makes us who we are, whether that means ownership of talking about sex, or love, or survival," she explained. "It's about coming out on the other side and finding ourselves again, and Vicious is a reflection of that." Hale also recently contributed to our continuing "Songs for Black Days" series, presented in partnership with Hope for the Day, sharing 10 songs that have helped her through dark times.
