Ice-T: "Another fast-moving track continuing my attempt to wake people up"

Body Count — the always provocative metal band founded by rap OG Ice-T and guitarist Ernie C in 1990 — are gearing up to drop their seventh full-length, Carnivore, on March 6th. Today, February 21st, the band have unleashed the LP's hard-hitting second single, "Bum-Rush," and its high-octane music video. According to Ice, the song is "another fast moving Body Count track continuing my attempt to wake people up." Its video, which was filmed in New York and Los Angeles, was produced and directed by Jay Rodriguez (Wiz Khalifa, DJ Khaled, Justine Skye) for Itchy House Films. Watch and listen above, and below, check out Body Count's upcoming live dates.

Those dates include two just-announced New York events: a March 15th performance at Webster Hall as well as a Revolver and SiriusXM Liquid Metal sponsored listening party on March 3rd at Sony Square NYC. The latter will feature a Q&A with Ice, which will be live streamed on Revolver and Inked Magazine's Facebook pages. Following the Q&A, fans will be treated to an exclusive first listen of Carnivore with refreshments provided by AriZona. Fans can RSVP here; space is limited.
