During his guest appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, multi-hyphenated goofball Jack Black dropped a bit more info about the return of Tenacious D with their impending YouTube series and new album, both titled Post-Apocalypto. Fallon begins the segment by asking Black if the rumors of the band's reemergence are true, and as the two act out some absurd slapstick comedy poses, Black confirms and elaborates — only a bit. "We put out a record like every six years and it's time," he says. "It's time for us to butterfly again."
The acoustic-metal duo have been busy sharing updates and previews on the show via Instagram.
