See Kid Band Cover Pantera's "Domination" With 8-Year-Old "Cowbell Virtuoso"

O'Keefe Foundation youngsters push into living hell

"More cowbell." It's not a demand that necessarily comes to mind when talking about Pantera, but apparently, it applies — as demonstrated by the fine, upstanding kids of the O'Keefe Music Foundation, whose students have previously covered metal classics from Rammstein's "Du Hast" to Slipknot's "Wait and Bleed."

The foundation's latest offering is an awesome rendition of Pantera's "Domination," the mosh-pit-ruling standout off the Texan juggernaut's major-label debut, Cowboys From Hell. The cover features vocalist Kaden Karns, guitarists Alex Sutherland and John Fowler, bassist Fritz Dannemiller, drummer Nate Tharp and — adding extra flair to a song that O'Keef have taken on before — an eight-year-old "cowbell virtuoso" named Adam Mehaffey. In addition to breaking the internet with heartwarming, family-friendly playthroughs of heavy-metal faves, the O'Keefe Music Foundation provides free music education to children and adolescents. Find out more about the organization, buy their music and, if you can, make a donation over their official website.
