See Korn's Fieldy Resurface in Stillwell's New "Can't Stop Now" Video

Bassist's alternative-rock side project offers up latest single

Korn's OG bassist Reginald "Fieldy" Arvizu has been on hiatus from the band since mid last year, when he announced in a candid Facebook post that he would be stepping away to deal with "bad habits." Today (September 16th), he resurfaced with his first new music since then, the single "Can't Stop Now" from his alt-rock side project Stillwell, which also features frontman Q-Unique and P.O.D. drummer Wuv. The song arrived along with a lively music video directed by Ahren Anthony. Watch and listen above.

Ahead of the premiere, Fieldy commented on social media, "Some clarity about Stillwell. I've been doing Stillwell for about 16 years, this isn't something new, although to some of you it is, that's cool.

"Along with my bros Wuv (P.O.D.) and Q (Arsonists, Radamus), we've put out 3 albums, we're about to drop our 4th. It has nothing to do with Korn or my status with Korn or anything else. It isn't Heavy music, it's alternative rock. We've always wrote Stillwell music while on tour with Korn or at home."

In a recent interview with Kerrang! Radio, Korn guitarist Brian "Head" Welch said the band plans to reconvene with Fieldy after their tour with Evanescence to see how he's doing.

"We've been in contact with him," Head explained. "I just e-mailed him the other day. So we're gonna get together and talk to him, see how he's doing, see where his head is at, after this tour. Me and Munk [guitarist James "Munky" Shaffer] were just talking about it. We love him, we've been in communication with him, and we'll see."
