Pop superstar and avowed metalhead Post Malone hit Los Angeles' The Forum last night with Swae Lee and Tyla Yaweh on his current Runaway Tour. The heavy-music fandom doesn't only go one way with Post — many metal musicians return the favor, including Korn's guitarist James "Munky" Shaffer, who was in the crowd along with his young son D'Angelo. Things got extra cute when, after Post's set, Munky was able to take the little guy backstage to meet the rapper and have him sign a smashed-up guitar for an unforgettable souvenir.

"Thank so much @postmalone for an amazing night tonight we had a blast!" Munky captioned a video of the meeting. "And thank you for signing the guitar for @dangelodraxon."

The clip shows the three sitting down with the destroyed instrument as Post Malone has Munky spell out D'Angelo's name, saying, "I don't wanna fuck it up!" After a chorus of adults tell the young Shaffer how cool of an experience it is, he shyly fist-bumps Post.

Munky's Instagram stories show several clips from the show, including huge plumes of fire shooting up from the stage as the 24-year-old Texan rapper performs. Watch here to see a snippet of the action.
