Thrash OGs dig up archival footage ahead of '...And Justice for All' Reissue

Metallica have been counting down to the November 2nd release of their 30th anniversary remastered deluxe edition of ...And Justice for All by posting live versions of each song from the album from over the years. Up today, "Blackened," the record's tentatus-inducing  opening cut, as captured during a December 31st, 1999, New Year's Eve show at the Pontiac Silverdome in Detroit, Michigan.

The newly remastered recording of Justice was overseen by producer Greg Fidelman, and will be released via Metallica's own Blackened Recordings digitally, on a standard double 180 gram LP, a standard CD, a 3 CD expanded version, cassette, and in a massive limited-edition box set. The 3 CD expanded version features previously unreleased demos, rough mixes, unreleased live tracks, and a huge booklet of unseen Ross Halfin photos. Pre-orders for the sets are available now on Metallica's website.
