See Monsters Crash Film Shoot 'Cloverfield'-Style in the Armed's Crazy New Video

We have no idea what just happened, but we love it

Detroit avant-hardcore band the Armed have unveiled a new music video for "Nowhere to be Found," a standout cut off the group's excellent new album Only Love. The Tony Wolski–directed visual showcases the mesmerizing footwork of professional dancer Kristin Adamczyk, who shimmies against a bold backdrop of flashing strobes and — per aesthetic trends circa 2018 — bisexual lighting. Then, a wooly monster shuffles in, and things begin to get a bit, well, strange. We're not sure if we're witnessing a Cloverfield-style disaster, a freakish family feud or the opening chapter of a Stranger Things porn parody penned while coming down from a bad ayahuasca trip, but we do know this: "Nowhere to be Found" will probably be the weirdest clip you watch today.

The Armed are set to headline Revolver's Northside Fest 2018 showcase at Brooklyn's Saint Vitus on June 9th. Tickets are only $5 — get yours here.
