Dream-rock outfit Mossbreaker recently released their sophomore album, Between the Noise and You; today, the L.A trio has teamed up with Revolver to unveil the trippy video for the LP's title track, which features guest vocals from Failure frontman Ken Andrews. The colorful clip, which finds Mossbreaker performing the song with Andrews against a vibrant, ever-shifting visual backdrop, arrives ahead of the group's latest round of tour dates in support of the new LP, which can be purchased here.
"It was a dream come true to have my mentor and one of our biggest influences take part in a piece of music we've created," Mossbreaker frontman Gabe VanBenschoten says of "Between the Noise and You." "I began working for Ken in 2012, starting out as an intern at his home studio then eventually becoming Failure's touring guitar tech. I've been through a lot with Ken and the guys over the past five years and I consider them family. It's still pretty surreal to have Ken Andrews sing on our record and appear in the video. The vision for the video came together seamlessly because of our talented director, Chris Wolford, and director of photography, Chad Hill. Without those two, the video would have never happened."
"I've known Gabe and Mossbreaker for a while now," Andrews adds. "I've always liked his band, but when I heard this song I was really impressed. I had a great time singing on it."
