Alt-metal mutants share pro-shot video from first show in over a decade

In case you're a Mudvayne fan who's been living under a rock, the alt-metal mutants played their first show in over a decade last weekend (September 11th) at Inkcarceration Music & Tattoo Festival in Mansfield, Ohio. The band's first of four highly-anticipated reunion shows saw the shape-shifting group — vocalist Chad Gray, guitarist Greg Tribbett, bassist Ryan Martinie and drummer Matthew McDonough — don the makeup from their early days for a set that leaned heavily on L.D. 50-era material.

We already published high-quality photos from the performance that captured their iconic outfits, and fan-recorded videos from the night began pouring onto YouTube in the hours that followed. However, now the band have uploaded official footage of the show that's been professionally shot and edited in orde to capture all of Mudvayne's wild energy in its purest form.

The video begins by following the band's walkout from behind the stage and then jumps between a whole bunch of high-octane clips of them screaming, rocking out and ripping through their music beneath the lights and in front of a crazy crowd. If anyone thought that they'd return a shell of their former selves, watch this and be proven wrong.
