See Rammstein Get "Prettier, Bigger, Harder" in Wild Video for New Song "Zick Zack"

A cosmetic surgery horror show

Order Rammstein's new album, Zeit, on vinyl and CD at Revolver's shop.

The promotional campaign for Rammstein's latest single, "Zick Zack," has been over the top — even by the German pyromaniacs' bombastic standards — complete with images of the band members sporting garish makeovers and fake ads for a fictional beauty clinic promising "'Prettier, bigger, harder' – become the best version of yourself!"

Today (April 7th), the song and its insane music video have finally arrived, and both live up to the hype. The single's title translates to "Zig Zag," and the cut is a no-holds-barred look at the brutality of cosmetic surgery culture: "Whoever wants to be beautiful, needs to suffer" goes one choice lyric. The visual takes the theme and runs with it, making Rammstein over into gruesome, cheesy post-op versions of themselves.

"Zick Zack" is the second single off the band's upcoming album, Zeit, which is due out April 29th and available for pre-order now.
