Pair unleashed aggressive take on Beatles' classic at Detroit kickoff show for co-headlining Twins of Evil tour

This summer, Rob Zombie and Marilyn Manson are embarking on their second Twins of Evil co-headlining tour across the U.S. As a nice surprise, yesterday (July 11th) they unveiled a collaborative cover of the Beatles' "Helter Skelter" that transformed the 1968 proto-metal classic-rock single into something a little more evil.

We're stoked to see that both of them intend to take it on the road this summer, as seen at last night's (July 11th) tour kickoff in Detroit, MI. Zombie invited Manson onstage, and after a little banter about Charles Manson and the summer of 1969, they launched into their performance. The cover is aggressive and wild, and the rousing performance features guitarist John 5 twisting out the riffs, while Manson and Zombie enjoying some spirited back-and-forth vocal work.
