Sanguisugabogg are gearing up to drop their new full-length, Homicidal Ecstasy, the follow-up to their 2021 Century Media debut, Tortured Whole. Today (January 10th), the psychedelically-enhanced Ohio gorehounds have offered up the album's latest pulverizing single, "Face Ripped Off," which features guest vocals from Jesus Piece's Aaron Heard. With it, they've dropped a characteristically brutal, NSFW music video. No killer mutant peni this time out, but it's still a worthy viewing for horror and extreme-metal fans. Watch and listen above.
"This song is about a face being ripped off so we called it 'Face Ripped Off,'" the band commented succinctly. You can guess what the music video portrays.
Directed by David Brodsky for My Good Eye, the clip stars Sanguisugabogg vocalist Devin Swank as a psycho killer who puts his scalpel to gruesome use.
Homicidal Ecstasy is due out February 3rd via Century Media.
