See Sick of It All Play "Scratch the Surface" With Onstage Mosh Pit in 2004

Eastpak Resistance tour hit Brussels hard

In November 2004, Sick of It All teamed up with 7 Seconds, the Bones, Slapshot, Walls of Jericho, Unearth and Ramallah for that year's edition of the Eastpak Resistance European tour. The stacked hardcore package kicked off the run in Geneva, Switzerland, and wrapped it at the Ancienne Belgique in Brussels, Belgium, where the headlining NYHC heroes played a particularly insane and interactive rendition of fan favorite "Scratch the Surface."

Immortalized on the Eastpak Resistance Tour Volume III DVD, the performance featured both a massive wall of death and an onstage mosh pit, with brothers Lou and Pete Koller, on vocals and guitar, respectively, driving the chaos from the eye of the storm. It's a great moment that fully captures the untoppable thrill of live hardcore. Watch above.
