See Tool, Mastodon, Primus, Coheed Members Cover Rush's "Anthem" for 'Two Minutes to Late Night'

The most power-packed "Bedroom Cover" yet

Two Minutes to Late Night have returned with their most power-packed all-star "Bedroom Covers" yet. The series — which sees Jordan Olds, a.k.a. Two Minutes' corpse-painted impresario Gwarsenio Hall, enlisting various heavy hitters for one-time supergroups to take on classic rock and metal cuts — has included a Chelsea Wolfe-helmed take on Ozzy's "Crazy Train," a Neil Fallon-fronted rendition of AC/DC's "Riff Raff," a cover of Guns N' Roses' "Rocket Queen" helmed by Sleigh Bells' Alexis Krauss, and a killer quarantine performance of Kate Bush's "Running Up That Hill," featuring Emma Ruth Rundle (Marriages, Red Sparowes, the Nocturnes) and Bill Kelliher (Mastodon).

Kelliher is back in Two Minutes' latest video, and he's joined by none other than Tool's Danny Carey on drums, Coheed and Cambria's Claudio Sanchez on vocals and Primus' Les Claypool on bass, plus Old and regular collaborator Steve Brodsky (Cave In, Mutoid Man). The venerable collective covers Rush's "Anthem," and needless to say, it is epic. Watch above.

"Uhhh... Holy Moley," Two Minutes enthuse in the description to their YouTube post. "It's Claudio Sanchez, Bill Kelliher, Les Claypool, Danny Carey, and Steve Brodsky covering a Rush song. We're just as surprised as you are.

"This is our 15th bedroom cover made with the support of Patreon. With so many musicians stuck at home with no outlets, we're going to keep producing these style videos and use the Patreon to give some money to everyone who has a part in them. Please support our friends by donating to our newly redone Patreon at www.honorableswords.com.

"In lieu of taking money for this cover, all of the artists who participated will be donating their fees for this video to The Cancer Research Institute."
