Korn and Limp Bizkit-approved nu-metal duo drop intense new single

Wargasm are having a hot one this year. The rising U.K. duo of Milkie Way and Sam Matlock got to do their thing in front of American audiences this spring when they opened for Limp Bizkit's notorious U.S. tour, and around that same time, they got a crucial endorsement from Korn's Jonathan Davis when he named them his favorite nu-metal revival band. Back in May, Wargasm dropped an infectious new one-off called "D.R.I.L.D.O." — with a "drink, fuck, fight, love" chorus — and today they're back with another provocatively-titled banger called "Fukstar."

Like many of their past songs, it's a high-octane club-metal track that channels everything from the Prodigy to Static-X. Its video sees the band performing in some kind of dome structure in the middle of the desert, fighting off bloodthirsty zombies with their high-voltage rock. Check it out above via YouTube.

"Fukstar" is taken from their upcoming Explicit: The Mixxxtape project that's due out sometime this summer, and in a statement, the band explain its anti-capitalist messaging.

"Every day the rich seem to get richer and the poor get left behind. Old men are flying off in rockets with celebrities while murdering our environment. 'Fukstar' is the soundtrack to Wargasm's disillusionment with the nature of the corporate billionaires, and the idiots that let them gain power, who seemingly have our world in a chokehold. You aren't gods, you're just another Fukstar."
