Slayer fans are as hardcore as they come. From shouting down pretty much any opening act with chants of the name of their favorite band, to carving said band's name into their forearms and then setting that shit on fire, Slayer diehards go hard for their heroes all the time. Which makes November a trying month. The thrash titans are calling it a day, and they just embarked on the concluding leg of their farewell world tour, with the group set to take their finals bows on November 30th in Los Angeles. Dubbed the Final Campaign, that leg kicked off this past weekend in Asheville, North Carolina, and Slayer followers put on their bravest faces to send off their favorite band with gusto and fury.
