Slipknot 'THE END, SO FAR': Watch Eerie Full-Album Visualizer Video

Iowa Nine's final release on longtime label Roadrunner Records

Order Slipknot's THE END, SO FAR on colored vinyl, CD and limited-edition cassette at Revolver's shop.

Slipknot's new, seventh studio album, THE END, SO FAR, is finally here. As promised in pre-release interviews with singer Corey Taylor and drummer Jay Weinberg, it's a diverse, experimental affair, encompassing the throwback brutality of singles like "The Dying Song (Time to Sing)" and "The Chapeltown Rag" as well as the sonic adventurousness of more left-field cuts such as "Adderall," "Medicine for the Dead," "Yen" and "Acidic."

Produced by Joe Barresi (TOOL, Queens of the Stone Age, Melvins), THE END, SO FAR is also notably the band's final record for the Nine's longtime label home Roadrunner and their first with percussionist Michael "Tortilla Man" Pfaff, who joined in 2019.

The album arrived today (September 30th) along with a full-album visualizer video focusing on a masked woman standing eerily in a red-lit window and gazing outward. Watch and listen above.
