Slipknot have confirmed they will host Knotfest Meets Hellfest on Thursday, June 20th, 2019 before the kickoff of the main portion of the Clisson, France festival later that weekend. A just-released trailer shows the names of acts currently on the roster, including Rob Zombie, Behemoth, Sabaton, Amon Amarth, Papa Roach, Ministry, Sick of It All, Powerwolf, Amaranthe and of course the curators and headliners themselves, Slipknot. France is the fifth country the band has expanded their festival into, including their previous efforts in Mexico, Japan, the United States and Colombia.
Knotfest passes will be sold separately from the regular Hellfest passes, though the event will take place on the two main Hellfeststages beginning at 5pm the day of the shows. Tickets will be on sale this Friday, December 7th at 2 p.m. at this location. For more information, including campsite and entry rules, read up on the official Knotfest Meets Hellfest website.
