When you think of Slipknot's Shawn "Clown" Crahan, chill vibes certainly aren't the first thing that comes to mind. Nevertheless, the nu-metal percussionist has launched his very own marijuana brand, Clown Cannabis, that's aimed at metalheads who also appreciate their couch time.
In collaboration with Hollister Cannabis Co. and Heavy Grass, Clown's first smokable product is his signature line of HashBone hash-infused, pre-rolled joints. With a sleek black-and-green packaging emblazoned with his iconic Slipknot mask, the smokes are 75 percent indica flower (that's the more mellow of the two major strain types) and 25 percent Paradise City bubble hash, and boast a THC potency of over 40 percent. In other words, these things should get you fucking ripped out of your mind, which is to be expected from a musician as intense and electric as Clown.
The joints are currently only available in California, so residents from outside the state have to make the pilgrimage to try one of these bad boys. However, any adult in the country is eligible to sign up for Clown's Green Ticket giveaway; a sweepstakes for which the winner will receive unlimited tickets for two to any Slipknot show in the next three years, as well as an exclusive meet-up with Clown and a bunch of weed merch.
