"Update! Success! See you guys next weekend!" says Slipknot screamer Corey Taylor in an update video that spills the details on his post-surgery recovery. The singer entered the hospital last Friday, May 10th, to undergo double-knee surgery, joking that day the he would soon "be worth Six Million Dollars."

Elaborating on his status, Taylor posted a quick video update to his Instagram: "Just got out of surgery, doctor said everything was great. Just cleaned up a bunch of stuff in there, and I will be back onstage in no time." The band's next appearance goes down in just a few days on May 17th, where they'll perform for Jimmy Kimmel Live! (which airs at 11:35 p.m. EST that night).

Never one to spare the gory details, Taylor also shared a close-up shot of his bandaged, post-surgery joints. Featuring two slightly bloody bandaged holding together incisions on either side of each knee, he captions, "By Request. Surgery was swell, but here's to hoping the swelling goes down. See you motherfuckers this weekend." Before that, he proved yet again he's one of the hardest working men in show business by sharing a goofy selfie from the Iowa metal band's rehearsal just two days out of the hospital.

Following the Kimmel concert, Slipknot's year will only get busier from there with monster tour kicking off July 26th and the release of their hotly anticipated sixth studio LP on August 9th.
