The holidays may be over, but the joy of giving continues in the metal world. Last week, a Colorado gear store called J.B. Hart Music Co. shared a touching story of a young boy who frequented their shop being gifted a signature Dimebag Darrell guitar by an anonymous — though quite generous — other patron.

According to a post shared on J.B.'s social media pages, the boy named Fallon would consistently come into the business throughout the last couple years and ask to play what he called the "Pantera" guitar, I.E. the late groove-metal guitarist's signature Dean ML axe. Fallon, who's impacted by a condition called Williams Syndrome, dreamed of one day owning the flashy instrument — which retails at about $850 — and last week he was unexpectedly granted his wish.

"Eight months ago," J.B. Hart wrote, "When he was in the store playing it, another customer took notice of Fallon. It moved this customer so much he returned to the store later, purchased the guitar, and asked us to give the guitar to Fallon anonymously the next time we saw him."

They continued, "However, we didn't see Fallon until today. We tried finding him to no avail. Today, his family came in the store, and we learned they had moved to Texas and returned this week for a visit. It was a wonderful experience to gift Fallon his dream guitar as a gift from a kind stranger. His mom burst into tears, and Fallon beamed with excitement. It was a special moment. There are still good people in this world."

"Here are a few photos," they added. "A couple showing off his dive bomb face. (He is really proud of that face)."

That's not "Fucking Hostile," it's fucking heartfelt. Check out the awesome photos of Fallon ripping on the guitar below.
