With endless speculation and conflicting news coming out since they mysteriously updated their site with some trippy visuals back in late January and Maynard James Keenan predicted a release date of "somewhere between Mid May and Mid July," Tool have remained fairly quiet regarding the release of their impending album. They once again got the ball rolling though, and today the band have announced plans to expand their May performance calendar with a full list of 10 shows happening starting with the band's appearance at Jacksonville, Florida festival Welcome to Rockville. With a May 19th set scheduled at Chicago Open Air, the progressive art rockers seemingly fleshed out the month by setting up dates around the South and Midwest between festival appearances.

Tickets for the upcoming dates go on sale this Friday, March 15th at 10 AM local time, with links found on the band's official site.
