Egg Men are a recently-formed punk supergroup featuring Brendan Yates and Dan Fang (Turnstile, Angel Du$t), Alex Samayoa (Fury), Emma Hendry (Krimewatch), and Allen Trainer (Big Bite). Out of left field, the quartet has dropped their inaugural single "Outside the Shell" via Trapped Under Ice frontman Justice Tripp's Pop Wig label. A playful burst of melodic hardcore, it pairs choppy, reverb-soaked riffs with goofy, whistled refrains, resulting in a ripper that proves both catchy and carnivalesque.
