Turnstile have announced that they're officially parting ways with founding lead guitarist, Brady Ebert. The Baltimore hardcore stars unveiled the news earlier today (August 12th) in a brief yet cordial message posted to their Instagram story.

"Turnstile and guitarist Brady Ebert are parting ways," the band wrote. "We are deeply grateful for our time together. Our love for him continues and we wish him nothing but the best moving forward. Love, Turnstile."

Ebert co-founded Turnstile in 2010 and remained an active member of the band all the way up through 2021's Glow On and some of its subsequent touring. At some point within the last several months, Ebert was noticeably absent during the band's live sets, with Greg Cerwonka of California thrashcore band Take Offense filling in, as Brooklyn Vegan notes.

Ebert's departure marks only the second lineup change in Turnstile's 12-year history, following OG rhythm guitarist Sean "Coo" Cullen's departure from the band back in 2015. So far, it doesn't appear that Ebert has shared any kind of statement of his own.
