Watch Angel Du$t Become Top Dogs in Bizarre, Slobbery New "Big Ass Love" Video

Baltimore punks deliver canine-costumed performance in fun-as-hell new clip

Baltimore upbeat punks Angel Du$t returned with new music back in November, dropping tracks "Big Ass Love" and "Take Away the Pain" on the same day after a two year hiatus. The former now has an absurd, hilarious clip to go with the shiny, bouncing feel of the happy-go-lucky track.

The video begins with a fairly standard, brightly-colored performance from the band in a confined space in front of an undulating speaker cone as scenes of a very precious Boston Terrier peeking into a mysterious box enter the mix. Soon, the perspective shifts to that of the dog, who is now watching the band inside the small box as they play. The twist is now they're all wearing bizarre, boxy dog costumes yet somehow nimbly fiddling on their instruments.

The pup begins to lick inside the box, and the action becomes a surreal mishmash of slobbery, drooling cuteness as a giant "tongue" breaks through the speaker cone and slaps each band member with a fat wet one on the cheek. Slightly gross, yes, but totally worth it to see someone wearing false dog paws tape drumsticks to their hands to perform.

No full album has been announced yet, but the band hits the road in late February for a three-week run. Find the full list of dates on the Angel Du$t official Facebook
