On May 8th, 2016, Slipknot and Stone Sour frontman Corey Taylor delivered a solo acoustic set at Koko in London, England. In addition to the usual fan favorites (Slipknot's "Snuff," Stone Sour's "Bother"), the sold-out show featured covers of classics by the Grateful Dead, R.E.M. and the Goo Goo Dolls — not to mention the "Spongebob Squarepants" theme song. Over a year after his jaunt across the pond, Taylor is gearing up to share footage of the the whole event in its entirety on his website next week as a special recording titled Live in London.
Ahead of Live in London's December 18th premiere, Taylor has been so kind as to give fans a sneak peak of the extravaganza with a short trailer showcasing his intimate, stripped-down takes on "Snuff," Stone Sour's "Tired," Johnny Cash's "Folsom Prison Blues" and more. Taylor is set to hit the road with Stone Sour on a run of North American dates alongside Halestorm early next year. Find a full itinerary for that trek below.
