Watch Death Bells' Dreamy Post-Punk Dirt-Bike Adventure Video "Nothing Changes"

Standout track appears on Australian band's debut album 'Standing at the Edge of the World'

There's something incredibly satisfying about the new video, "Nothing Changes," from Australian post-punk six-piece Death Bells. While the clip is filled with beautifully shot imagery, a good-looking fella with high cheekbones doing a cooly pensive "no care ever" stare into the distance and ripping motorcycles, what really propels it all is the track: a bonafide banger of the highest caliber of dream pop.

Recalling some of the greats of the new-wave era and feeling vaguely like soundtrack to the final credit roll in a John Hughes coming-of-age film, "Nothing Changes" is the type of beautiful song to make you well with emotion, whether sad or bursting with joy. It's a highly beautiful piece of songwriting that shines and shimmers as much as the hollow-body guitars used on the track.

"Nothing Changes" is culled from Death Bells' Standing at the Edge of the World LP, out now via Funeral Party (North America), Burning Rose (Australia) and due soon on an upcoming European repress via Avant! Records on April 30th. Catch them on dates with American Nightmare, TORSO, and others at the gigs below.
