Dave Grohl was a guest on Lars Ulrich's Beats 1 show "It's Electric!" this weekend. The Foo Fighters frontman had plenty of tales to tell over the span of his nearly hour-long conversation with the Metallica drummer, many of them involving run-ins with fellow rock gods. Grohl told stories about the Foos' short-lived stint as Mick Jagger's backing band on a 2012 episode of "Saturday Night Live"; Them Crooked Vultures, his hard-rock supergroup with members of Queens of the Stone Age and Led Zeppelin; close encounters with Lemmy Kilmister, Liam Gallagher, and Paul McCartney; and more.
