Watch Machine Head Lose Minds in Creepy Asylum in New "Catharsis" Video

Straitjackets, Butoh dancers, rope mazes and a rose-petal blizzard

Machine Head have shared their video for "Catharsis," the title track from their upcoming ninth full-length due out January 26th via Nuclear Blast. Directed by Frazier Bradshaw, the bizarre visual finds the Bay Area band performing in a creepy asylum, navigating rope mazes and writhing around in straightjackets. Throw in some practically nude Butoh dancers and a rose-petal blizzard, and you're left with one hell of a clip. Watch now, and for more "Catharsis" insanity, check out Machine Head's behind-the-scenes video documenting its creation.

"Catharsis" arrives in the wake of the album's first single "Beyond the Pale," which premiered last month.
