WAGE WAR and CLOCKS + COLOURS team for limited-edition Checkmate ring

Last week, Wage War dropped an anthemic new single titled "Magnetic," their first original music in three years. Now, the Ocala, Florida, metalcore leaders have announced a literally heavy-metal collab with Toronto-based rock & roll jewelry-makers Clocks + Colours: the Checkmate ring.

Inspired by "High Horse," a standout cut off 2021's Manic LP, the handcrafted sterling silver piece features a Knight wrapped in barbed wire and skeleton hand detail gripping each side, and symbolizes "the grueling journey to mastering one's craft." It marks the latest in a long line of rock and metal collaborations for Clocks + Colours — which have included previous team-ups with Avenged Sevenfold, Lamb of God, August Burns Red, AFI's Davey Havok and, most recently, Killswitch Engage.
