It's going to be a huge fall for TOOL. The prog-metal titans have a massive North American tour set to kick off October 3rd, including their first shows in Canada since 2019.
But first up, TOOL played the Louder Than Life festival in Louisville, Kentucky, tonight (September 22nd). Consider it a warm-up show — in front of tens of thousands of rabid fans.
Guitarist and visual mastermind Adam Jones has hinted that the band might be breaking out "a couple oldies out" for the fall run, but their Louder Than Life performance stayed true to their 2023 setlist so far, including classics such as "Forty Six & 2," "The Pot" and "Stinkfist," as well as newer cuts like "Pneuma" and "Invincible."
