Maynard James Keenan loves messing around with the cast of Letterkenny. A couple years back, the TOOL, A Perfect Circle and Puscifer frontman playfully told actor Evan Stern, a.k.a. "Roald" in the Canadian comedy show, to "calm the fuck down" during a hilarious TikTok exchange, Now, Keenan's threatening to call the fuzz on the dude for admitting he listened to TOOL in high-school.
The whole situation started when someone on TikTok saw a picture of Stern's teenage I.D. card and commented that the stoned-looking, mop-headed kid looked like he had a penchant for the finer things in life. "You can tell you smoked a lot of weed and listened to TOOL," the stranger replied. In a TikTok video replying to that comment, Stern revealed that, shockingly, his lifestyle was actually a lot tamer during the era when the pic was taken.
"The craziest thing about this picture is this is before I smoked weed and before I ever had a drink of alcohol," Stern said in a TikTok. "But I was listening to TOOL."
Stern then posted that video on Twitter and tagged Keenan with a kissy emoji, and it didn't take long for the TOOL singer to jump in the replies. "I'm calling the cops," he wrote with his typically dry, absurdist sense of humor. Amazing. Check it out below.
