See MOTIONLESS IN WHITE play RHEA RIPLEY to the ring at WRESTLEMANIA

WWE Women's World Champion entered backed by one of her favorite bands

In 2022, WWE star Rhea Ripley, a.k.a. Mosh Pit Kid, unveiled her new theme song, "Demon in Your Dreams," featuring Motionless in White singer Chris Motionless. Yesterday (April 7th), at WrestleMania 40, she was joined in-person by MIW, who played her to the ring for a dramatic and high-energy entrance.

Watch above.

Ripley — who had the initials "MIW" painted on her face for the occasion — was clearly having the time of her life, stomping and screaming along with Chris Motionless, her doppelganger of sorts.

When Revolver caught up with Ripley back in 2019, when she was still just a highly touted WWE up-and-comer, she pointed to "fucking metal" as a major source of inspiration. "My music helps me get through all these extreme workouts," she told us.

We checked in with her again in 2021, and she spoke of bringing the metal aesthetic to WWE. "When I first came here, and even in Australia I had a denim vest with heaps of different band patches and some spikes, but when I came here, everything sort of got flipped around," she said. "I sort of just did what people were telling me to do in order to fit in and make sure everyone's happy, but eventually it was like, 'Screw this, I'm going to be myself.' If myself is these massive spikes then so be it.

She added: "Over the years they've gradually gotten bigger and bigger. The first year it was just smaller spikes and some chains, but now they're just bigger and heavier and ridiculous."
