The 2021 iteration of Welcome to Rockville festival just went down over the weekend, but the Daytona Beach rock and metal bonanza have already announced the headliners for next year. Korn, Guns N' Roses, Kiss and the Foo Fighters will top the bill for the four-day event that's scheduled to take place in spring 2022.
Those four rock and metal titans will each headline their respective nights for the fest that will begin Thursday May 19th and wrap up May 22nd in 2022 at the Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, FL..
This year's lineup boasted Slipknot, Disturbed and Metallica — who played two unique sets on Friday and Sunday — so next year's iteration already offers more variety in the headliners alone, as Korn, Kiss, GNR and Foo Fighters each play to slightly different markets.
"We knew we had to do something massive to follow the biggest Welcome To Rockville in history," wrote the organizers, Danny Wimmer Presents, on Instagram, "So we went out and got rock legends Guns N' Roses, newly inducted Rock & Roll Hall of Famers, Foo Fighters, (you wanted the best, we got you the best) Kiss and DWP's most requested band, Korn. We're looking forward to breaking records at THE WORLD CENTER OF ROCK with you, see you in 2022!"
