Hear TYPE O NEGATIVE's Johnny Kelly on KILL DEVIL HILL's first song in 10 years

Band formerly featured members of Pantera and Black Sabbath

After enduring a fairly drastic lineup overhaul, Kill Devil Hill are back with their first song in 10 years, "Blood in the Water." The heavy-metal supergoup were initially formed in 2011 by former Black Sabbath and Dio drummer Vinnie Appice, Pantera bassist Rex Brown, frontman Dewey Bragg and guitarist Mark Zavon. However, since their 2013 sophomore album Revolution Rise, both Appice and Brown (the highest profile musicians in the lineup) left the band, with Appice being replaced in 2014 by Type O Negative drummer Johnny Kelly. Brown left in 2021 and has now been replaced by ex-Five Finger Death Punch bassist Matt Snell.

It's been a decade since Kill Devil Hill have released any new music, but now they've finally unleashed the first single from their upcoming album, which is due out sometime in the not-too-distant future via Legend Recordings.
