Bad Omens have not one, but two, new albums in the works. The alt-metalcore group rose to the top of the scene with 2022's major breakthrough, The Death of Peace of Mind, featuring the runaway radio hit "Just Pretend." However, frontman Noah Sebastian just revealed that they're already in the midst of creating two new follow-up records.

Speaking during a new interview on Alternative Press' Artist Friendly podcast with Joel Madden, Sebastian confirmed that the first new offering will be titled Concrete Forever (the same moniker as their forthcoming Fall U.S. tour) and will be an amalgam of remixes, acoustic reworkings and several new collaborations with other artists. Elsewhere in the interview, Sebastian said that Bad Omens want to do a collab track with their friends/tourmates in Erra, but didn't confirm whether that would be a part of Concrete Forever

The other album he's writing will be the proper full-length follow-up to The Death of Peace of Mind. "Then in the middle of working on [Concrete Forever], we're working on music that we're considering for-album music," Sebastian said.

"It's important to me not to rush anything," he continued. "That's always a priority, even if it takes me a year or three years. I'm gonna make the best album first."
