Welsh heavy-metal crew Bullet for My Valentine have released a new music video for "Not Dead Yet," the latest single from their June album Gravity. The clip features colorful, exuberant performance footage of the band interspersed with footage of ennui-stricken youth in Tokyo seemingly overcoming their depressive states to "start living 'cause [they're] not dead yet," as directed by the song's chorus.
"We shot our latest video for 'Not Dead Yet' in Japan after our Summersonic 2018 performances," BFMV singer/guitarist Matt Tuck commented. "We've never done a video there before, so we thought, 'Why not?!' Visually, it's stunning thanks to the amazing work by Japanese filmmakers Maxilla. We love this track and can't wait for you all to see the new video."
The visual comes just ahead of BFMV's October 26th release of an expanded digital version of Gravity. The updated album will include the 11 original tracks, appended with piano intros, remixes and a live version of "Don't Need You" recorded at a London show in December 2016. A tour of the U.K. and Europe will follow, with dates available on the band's official Facebook.
