Imagine, if you will, a post-apocalyptic world populated by drifters and murderers: a land where laws don't exist, carrots grow freely, and white rabbits are more valuable than gold. So forms the premise for Royal Blood's absurd new music video for "How Did We Get So Dark?" off this year's full-length of the same name.
Directed by the Sacred Egg, the visual follows a haggard old gunslinger who embarks on a murder spree, systematically stealing his victims' sought-after rodents as he goes. Later on in the night, while cruising the backstreets in a car that's covered in bunnies, he comes across two rival rabbit hunters in a luxury car: Royal Blood, whose methods for procuring the prized critters prove just as cold-blooded. Car chases, shootouts, and other epic action sequences ensue, but don't worry – both Royal Blood and bunnies escape unscathed.
