Welcome to Rockville will be celebrating its 10th anniversary next year at the festival's new home of the world-renowned Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida. As previously announced, headlining the Danny Wimmer-helmed event, which is set for the weekend of May 8th, 9th, and 10th, will be Metallica playing two unique sets on Friday and Saturday nights. Disturbed will take over the main headlining spot on Sunday evening.
Also set to perform are Lynyrd Skynyrd (playing their last home area show), Godsmack, Deftones, Social Distortion, the Offspring, Staind, Lamb of God, Rancid, Dropkick Murphys, Mastodon, Gojira, Anthrax, 3TEETH, and many more. See the full confirmed lineup in the poster below.
Entry to the jam-packed festival (more than 90,000 people showed up in the past three years) will begin each day at 11:30 a.m. and 21+ attendees can get an early start on partying thanks to WTR's collaboration with Metallica's Blackened American Whiskey and Enter Night Pilsner, or enjoy multiple specialty curated beverage experiences including Heavy Tiki Bar presented by Kraken Black Spiced Rum, which will "provide a shaded tropical oasis filled with killer cocktails."
Weekend GA and VIP tickets, as well as single day passes, are on sale at welcometorockvillefestival.com. Weekend tent and RV camping passes are also up for grabs, with campgrounds open from Thursday, May 7th, through Monday, May 11th.
