Holy. Fucking. Shit. Louder Than Life festival have announced their 2024 lineup, and the headliners include motherfucking Slayer, as well as Slipknot, Korn, and Mötley Crüe.
Yes. Really. Slayer, who famously retired in 2019, and who guitarist Kerry King just said will likely never reunite (or at least not for a long time), are returning to the stage in the year of our lord 2024.
Slayer's presence on the bill is obviously the main event, but the whole lineup is a doozy. Evanescence, Disturbed, Mastodon, Judas Priest, Anthrax and dozens more heavy-hitters will also be playing the fest.
Louder Than Life goes down September 26th-29th at the Highlands Festival Grounds at Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, Kentucky.
