Michael Orlando, better known as Michael Vampire from Vampires Everywhere!, has a new project called The Killing Lights. In anticipation, the band has teamed up with Revolver to premiere their music video for "Lies Spread Like Fire." Check it out below and let us know what you think in the comments!

The vocalist said, "I am beyond excited to finally release the 'Lies Spread Like Fire' music video. We all fight our own demons from time to time, and this video is about standing up after the fight. We shot the video in Hollywood, California. We wanted to keep the video raw as possible, which I feel we achieved using the L.A. street culture as the main storyline aesthetic. We had a great director in Will Da Rosa, who went above and beyond to bring my concept to life. We also had a great cast Jared Simms and Harper Leigh did an amazing job giving the two main characters a life of their own. This video is for the fans and people that have stuck with me this past year. Together we will change everything..."

Canadian hardcore band Obey the Brave will release their new album, 'Salvation,' on September 16 via Epitaph Records. In anticipation, the band has teamed up with Revolver to premiere a new song and the music video for "Raise Your Voice." Check it out below and let us know what you think in the comments!

Vocalist Alex Erian said, "You know how you go on blogs and all sorts of people talk shit and they wish you were dead? I remember being younger and going on message boards and reading all the negative comments in regards to me or my previous bands and it would get to me. Now I'm at another level now where I really don't care anymore and it's kind of funny. Sometimes I go on blogs and I'm like, 'Wow, you guys are actually nice today.' Now people can say whatever they want and my only enemy is indifference. 'I will remain undefeated'—that's how it goes. But truthfully now when I read a negative comment, I don't care anymore. It's very empowering, actually. So 'Raise Your Voice' is saying what's on your mind regardless of what people think."

August 19 marks the release of 'Vacant Face,' the sophomore album from Phoenix, Arizona, six-piece Take Over and Destroy. Mixing '70s acid rock with early '90s black metal, the band creates a sound of foreboding and bizarre sound that is simultaneously six feet in the dirt and soaring up into the reaches of space. Their 2013 debut, 'Endless Night,' is a riveting slab of Lovecraft-influenced blackened death metal with stoner overtones, full of meaty riffs, shrieked and chanted vocals, and atmospheric organ work

To prepare for the release of their second record, the band has teamed with Revolver for an exclusive stream of the title track, "Vacant Face." Listen below and spiral into madness.

The album is available for pre-order at TakeOverAndDestroy.Bigcartel.com. For more info and music, visit TakeOverAndDestroy.Bandcamp.com.
