Chat Pile are the breakout stars of sludge-metal right now, and anyone who's heard the Oklahoma band's 2022 LP, God's Country, knows that they have more than a passing interest in Nineties rap-metal. They've gone on-record as massive Korn fans, and you can hear the nu-metal band's low-end bounce in Chat Pile's twisted grooves.
Naturally, they're also keen on Rage Against the Machine, and during a secret set at this year's Roadburn Festival in the Netherlands, Chat Pile busted out a trunk-knocking cover of "Bulls on Parade."
The band's label, the Flenser, were there to capture all the action on video, which shows a rowdy audience reacting with crowdsurfs, stage-dives and moshpits while Chat Pile blast through the Evil Empire classic.
