See Guns N' Roses Play "Shadow of Your Love" for First Time Since 1987

Rock icons dusted off 'Appetite for Destruction' bonus cut in Denmark

Guns N' Roses are set to drop a massive reissue of 1987's classic album Appetite for Destruction later this month, complete with a slew of bonus cuts, one-offs and rarities. One such rarity is "Shadow of Your Love," a relic from Axl Rose and Izzy Stradlin's pre-GN'R band Hollywood Rose that was subsequently re-recorded and re-released several times throughout Guns N' Roses' career from 1987 onwards.

Last night (June 6th), the band gave that ripper its first live performance in over 30 years during their concert at Odense, Denmark, venue Dyrskuepladsen. The set also included their roiling cover of Velvet Revolver's "Slither," which debuted at their European tour kick-off earlier this week.

Guns N' Roses are on the road in Europe through late July. Come November, they'll embark on a run of Asian dates. Find the full itinerary here, and hear the recently revealed studio version of "Shadow of Your Love" below.
