See LINKIN PARK, ICE NINE KILLS members guest in DEMI LOVATO's "Still Alive" video

Alongside members of 'Scream VI' cast including Jenna Ortega

Demi Lovato has once again linked arms with the metal world. The former Disney popstar-turned-pop-punker is known for being one of the most visible metalheads in the mainstream, having listened to deathcore and black-metal in high-school; recruited Alice Cooper shredder Nita Strauss into her live band; and recently posted video of her and her boyfriend dancing to Disturbed. Now, Lovato can add members of Linkin Park and Ice Nine Kills to her roster of collaborators.

The singer tapped Linkin Park co-vocalist Mike Shinoda to co-write and produce her new song, "Still Alive," which was written for the Scream VI soundtrack that's dropping March 10th alongside the film itself. The music video features actors from the movie (including Wednesday star Jenna Ortega) as well as a special cameo by Ice Nine Kills frontman Spencer Charnas, who offers a foreboding message to Lovato and her friends at the start of the short.
