Playing "Paranoid" at Brooklyn metal club Saint Vitus

On Tuesday, July 25th, Pearl Jam's Stone Gossard and his Loosegroove Records co-founder and BRAD bandmate Regan Hagar (also of Satchel and Malfunkshun) celebrated their label's eclectic roster at Brooklyn metal club Saint Vitus.

The event included performances by Loosegroove artists, as well as Stone himself. In particular, the Pearl Jam guitarist closed out the night by joining Tigercub frontman Jamie Hall for a rumbling cover of Black Sabbath's "Paranoid." Watch fan-shot footage above.

The event also included a listening party of many of Loosegroove Records' recent releases including songs by Tigercub, James and the Cold Gun, Brittany Davis, BRAD and Painted Shield. Next, Hall and Jonny Polonsky each played solo sets, with the latter playing standout cuts from his new LP, Rise of the Rebel Angels.

Today (July 28th), Loosegroove dropped its latest release: In the Moment That You're Born, the final album from BRAD, the Seattle supergroup featuring Stone, Regan, Keith Lowe and the late Shawn Smith.

BRAD's 1993 debut, Shame, is also available in 30th-anniversary reissues, including colored vinyl and CD. Order yours at Revolver's shop.
