Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor has a new solo song dropping tomorrow (May 16th), but today, he's shared a teaser clip. Titled "Beyond," the track will be the first single from Taylor's second solo album, CMF2, the follow-up to 2020's CMFT.
Earlier this month, Taylor played "Beyond" live during a tour stop with his solo band, but longtime fans of the singer might've recognized it. As Blabbermouth noted, "Beyond" was originally performed in 2009 by his Junk Beer Kidnap Band, and has been re-worked for the forthcoming solo record.

CMF2 will be the first release on Taylor's new label imprint Decibel Cooper/BMG, which he launched last month. In an interview with Billboard, he described the new album as "bigger, better and harder than CMFT in almost every way: The songs are sick, the music is gigantic, and the risks were off the charts. CMFT was where I came from; CMF2 is where I'm going."
