Watch Ghost's "Deliciously Disturbing" New "Faith" Lyric Video

Occult rockers re-team with director Zev Deans to showcase vintage craniotomy

Occult rockers and masters of the macabre Ghost may not be releasing a new album until at least 2021, but that hasn't slowed the creative roll of bandleader Tobias Forge. The group has paired once more with music video auteur Zev Deans to create what they call a "deliciously disturbing" clip featuring vintage-looking craniotomy footage with animated dancing skulls and surgical equipment framing the shot, all while the lyrics to Prequelle standout "Faith" scroll through in a devilish blood-red font.

"Faith" is the third single off Ghost's most recent record Prequelle, and jumped this week from No. 11 to No. 9 on the Active Rock radio charts. Their first two singles from the record, "Rats" and "Dance Macabre," both eventually hit No. 1 and helped land the LP a Grammy nomination for Best Rock Album earlier this year.

Ghost are currently on tour with thrash titans Metallica in Europe and are set to continue that run through August 16th before breaking to prepare for the latest North American leg of their own Ultimate Tour Named Death, starting September 13th in Bakersfield, California.
