Metal-friendly hip-hop artist Tech N9ne has premiered his new song, "Wither," which features Slipknot's Corey Taylor. Check it out below and let us know what you think in the comments!

Taylor said, "Working with Tech was a no-brainer. When I heard the music for 'Wither,' I knew the two of us would make something dark and crazy. The slow burn in the music is awesome—his band is great and the performance is incredible. People are gonna shit!"

Tech N9ne said, "This collaboration is a total dream come true, because I've been a Maggot since '99. This song we did together is such a dynamic rollercoaster ride! It starts off calm and cool and then fuckin' gets loud and extremely mean and crazy! It's perfect!"

Tech N9ne will release his new album, 'Special Effects,' on May 4 via Strange Music.

As Apocalyptica make their way around the country with Sixx:AM and Vamps in support of their new album, 'Shadowmaker,' they will blogging about their experiences for Revolver.

Entry by Franky Perez.

Radio stations, truck stops, emergency rooms and minute clinics..

It's week 3 of of the Sixx:A.M./Apocalyptica/Vamps Modern Vintage tour and its official... the flu has made its way through the entire Apocalypticamp.

IT'S ALL MY FAULT!!! I'm ashamed to say that the bug bit me first in Finland before we even began the tour. As soon as we hit the road in the States it quickly infected everyone on the bus one by one. The last victim was our bus driver. It hit him like a sledge hammer and made us push bus call a couple of times in order for him to get a few more hours of sleep. Shout out to Jens Erding the (Prevost gladiator) who drove under the Influenza, at times muscling through some 12 hour hauls with out complaining. Well, at least not complaining loud enough for any of us to hear over the hum of the road and the the roar of the diesel engine.

The flu wasn't the only thing that required medical assistance. Our tour manager Erik suffered a sever ankle sprain when he took on an entire motorcycle gang after catching them tormenting a stray dog in an alley... KIDDING!!! His clumsy ass twisted the fuck out of it when he missed a step on his way back from the sound board.

In spite of everything that ailed us the shows this week have been killer. And as Forest Gump so dimwittedly said, "Thats all I have to say about that."

Our album 'Shadowmaker' was just released on April 21. So in an effort to promote it and give back to the fans and radio stations that have supported us, we've spent most of our time between shows visiting radio stations, performing live on air, and doing meet and greets with contest winners. Our single "Cold Blood" is slowly climbing the charts so I guess all the hard work is paying off.

The Modern Vintage tour comes to an end this week. Its been a great run with a killer line up. No drama, just three bands with one mission.. Give the people what they want. What do the people want you ask??? ROCK 'N' ROLL even if they don't know it.
