Fuck. Yes. Avenged Sevenfold made their long-awaited return to the stage last night at the parking lot of Las Vegas' AREA15, a futuristic venue where the band are hosting their "immersive" listening party this weekend for Life Is but a Dream..., their hotly anticipated first album in seven years.
Announced just a couple days before, this pop-up performance marked the Deathbat crew's first live show since 2018, so naturally, everyone in attendance was losing their shit as the band ripped through a stacked setlist of oldies, newbies (including the live debuts of three Life Is but a Dream songs) and even a little, sing-along snippet of System of a Down's "Chop Suey!"
